MEET THE MOR TEAM
Matt Miller is the brainchild behind Mor Workspace. As a property developer, creative space designer, entrepreneur and keen surfer, Matt’s intention is to create a vibrant, inspiring hub where like minded professionals can work hard, but also play hard making the most of the stunning coastline Newquay has to offer.
Grace Dilley runs the day-to-day operations of the business, joining initially in late 2019 and then returning in January 2026 after a short career break, she knows Mor Workspace inside out. Grace is on hand to support existing members, new enquiries and everything in between.
HOW TO FIND US
From the A30
From A30 exit roundabout onto A39
At the roundabout, take 2nd exit onto A392
Continue on A392 and follow signs to Newquay
At the roundabout take 3rd exit onto Treloggan Road (Morrisons will be to your left)
Continue forward along Treloggan Road (McDonalds & Lidl will be on your left)
At the second mini roundabout turn right onto Treloggan Lane
Drive to the end of Treloggan Lane and turn right into Mor Workspace private driveway
From Central Newquay
From Tower Road roundabout head towards Gannel Road
At mini roundabout turn left onto A3058 (boating lake will be to your left)
At next mini roundabout turn right onto Treninnick Hill
At second mini roundabout turn left onto Treloggan Lane
Drive to the end of Treloggan Lane and turn right into Mor Workspace private drive
When you reach the main green gates at the end of the private drive and arrive on site, branch RIGHT towards our main car park and Reception. Check in on the iPad located on the reception desk to let us know you have arrived.
